| "It proved a great success.
The fact that scenarios can be saved means there is
lots of flexibility. A single scenario can take about
45 minutes to run through, but play could be spread
across shorter periods over a number of weeks. It
will certainly enable lots of enterprise-curriculum
boxes to be ticked."

The game takes you through various stages from initial
product selection and market research through to manufacturing
and selling.
You will find yourself in competition with a number of
other companies in the marketplace. Your objective is
to be as successful as possible: to maximise profits and
to avoid going bust!

After you have undertaken
your market research you are able to select which of the
products you think would be best to develop and sell.
You investigate the various sales channels that are available
to get your product to market in the most effective way.
Throughout the entire game you will receive information
from various stakeholders such as colleagues, customers
and suppliers.
The decisions that you make throughout the game will effect
what happens thereafter. Do you try to achieve huge sales
volumes by cutting production costs and selling cheaply
or do you try to achieve high margins by selling fewer
numbers of premium products?
The choice is yours!
The final and longest section of the game
is where you actually sell your product. You can control
your production facilities to decide how many products you
make each month. The demand for your product will depend
on how effective your sales and marketing decisions are
and how well you have matched your product to customer expectations.
You will need to consider pricing issues, product positioning,
sales and marketing budgets and to keep an eye on stock
levels to try and balance production with the levels of
demand in the market.
