The Challenge
Getting that all important firsthand experience isn’t always easy, you need to practice what you have learnt, you almost want to go through a trial and error stage to see if the choices you want to make are the correct ones.
Being a successful entrepreneur is not just about making money, it is about making the right decisions at the right time and at the right amount. You need to understand what could go wrong and how to correct it. There are many elements to running a successful business and the need for those start ups to practice their skills is a necessary requirement.
| "It is a fabulous introduction tool for the client groups the project is working with and a very good engagement tool for the hard to reach clients (disadvantaged communities)"

The Solution
The Enterprise Game is a role play business simulation which has been specifically designed for online delivery to a broad audience.
Developed to deliver enterprise education, enhance business acumen and allow current business owners and employees to run their own virtual business. Providing the learner with the responsibility, they choose a product to take to ‘virtually’ trade, decide what route to take the product to market as well as creating a sales and marketing plan (price, place, promotion and quality). Once these pre-market stages have been completed the user launches their new enterprise into a virtual marketplace where they are positioned against virtual competitors.
The key to success will be a fine balance between matching customer expectations for the product whilst ensuring the enterprise can compete on price with its rivals. In addition, the most successful enterprises will also need to ensure their workforce is highly motivated in order to match consumer demand with production.
