PIXELearning are in the process of developing a very extensive training simulation in partnership with a US partner that is recognized as a global leader in diversity training.

The project is being sponsored by a large US retail bank and uses a futuristic setting and fictional alien species to create an emotionally engaging and thus effective learning experience.

The simulation is designed to foster a wider awareness of diversity and inclusion issues and to enable staff at all levels to be able to apply this knowledge in their commercial environment to deliver clear business benefits.

The application is intended to overcome the target audiences traditional resistance to 'doing training' and serves to change perceptions and raise awareness of the options that Scottish SMEs have available to them in respect to improving their marketing activities.

The application is a challenging business simulation that has 10 mini games embedded in it that cover discreet marketing topics.
